Parent Area

We pride ourselves in creating an atmosphere in which all children and families feel welcomed and part of our community. We recognize that parents are the first and most important teachers in their child's life; therefore, creating a strong home to school connection is one of our primary goals. Parents receive weekly newsletters and monthly calendars informing them of classroom and school events. We also offer two parent conferences during the school year where families will receive a progress report individual to their child.

In the spirit of establishing our school community, we welcome parents into school for monthly community meetings, classroom volunteering and many other special events throughout the year. We maintain a designated space in our school that holds a parent resource library and provides a meeting place for parents and staff to partner together to communicate children’s needs throughout the year.
